The search service can find package by either name (apache), provides(webserver), absolute file names (/usr/bin/apache), binaries (gprof) or shared libraries (libXm.so.2) in standard path. It does not support multiple arguments yet...
The System and Arch are optional added filters, for example System could be "redhat", "redhat-7.2", "mandrake" or "gnome", Arch could be "i386" or "src", etc. depending on your system.
The csvtools package allows you to repeatedly perform a set of LaTeX commands on data in each row of a comma separated variable (CSV) file (though substitution of the 'comma' is permitted). Such files may be used as source for mail merging, generating tables etc. Examples are given in the documentation. The distribution also provides packages: csvsort, that provides analagous commands to those in the main package, having first sorted the data (using the xfor and compare packages); and csvpie, for creating a pie-chart from a CSV file. The bundle has now been superseded by the datatool bundle.
